Students and Dance Performers alike will have been gladdened to have participated in the opportunities available in Chennai during July and August 2005. Bragha was invited to give a six weeks course in Abhinaya at Kalakshetra, Chennai. Although planned for senior students, it was eagerly attended by musicians and teachers alike. The course will conclude with a lecture demonstration on August 22, 2005.

Bragha also gave a well attended Lecture/Demonstration at Madras University for senior final year M.A. dance students.

It has been an extremely busy, but highly rewarding summer schedule. Bragha thanks all the many people who were involved in organising these events and hopes they enjoyed them as deeply as she herself.

Looking ahead to the Music Festival season in Chennai, which will be in full swing during December 2005 and January 2006, Bragha has already agreed to give various performances.  Details of dates, times and venues will be posted nearer the time.
